Mindful Health offers an integrative approach to heal the mind and body. We provide both acupuncture and psychotherapy, either individually or collaboratively, to help you in your healing journey.
Why integrate acupuncture and therapy? We believe that these approaches – one eastern, one western – can complement each other and facilitate the healing process. A collaborative approach may especially benefit those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and physical and mental stresses that afflict people during treatment for cancer and other life-threatening or chronic illness.

Give yourself the gift of self-care this new year!
We invite you to come and nurture your mind and body and calm your spirit in this three-hour seminar.
In addition to taking time to take care of yourself during the seminar, you’ll learn practical tools to help manage stress throughout the year. You’ll relax with gentle yoga poses, guided meditations and deep breathing exercises. You’ll also learn how to eat seasonally according to traditional Chinese medicine and have the opportunity to practice mindful eating with a small snack. Acupressure points and many more self-care techniques and therapeutic tools will also be discussed.
